*ON-LINE REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS 

Please save a tree and utilize the following steps for on-line computer registration:

1. Position cursor at top of page, beginning of document, left-hand side in front of V.
2. Hit Ctrl and the letter A to highlight the entire page
3. Hit Ctrl and the letter C to copy the entire page
4. Open up Word, then hit Ctrl and the letter V to paste the entire registration application into Word.
5. Type in all necessary information realigning blanks as you go along. Type NA for not applicable as opposed to leaving major underscored areas blank
6. DO NOT alter existing form in any way or your application will be void and thus will have to be resubmitted. This is a sensitive, memory-based document and the slightest incorrect period (.) will show up. Please be careful when filling form out
7. Once completed, save as a Word document to your hard drive and send completed registration form as attachment to either mlopez5471@yahoo.com or dkerr11941@yahoo.com
8. If using a library computer or one other than your own, save completed application to a floppy A disc or CD and mail in to the TASR office closest to you listed on the Contacts page.
9. Payment must be mailed via Postal Service regardless of on-line or postage  registration. Check or money order acceptable. DO NOT SEND CASH. Make check or money order payable as follows: TASR/Danette Kerr, if mailed to the Ohio office or TASR/Matthew López if mailed to the regional office. Payment must be received prior to issuing Certificate of Registration. Allow 4-6 weeks after application has been received for processing.
10. Include three recent, clear, color photos of your horse standing square without tack, both right and left views and a head shot as illustrated above and pictured below. These photos will be incorporated onto the Certificate of Registration, which is in color!

POSTAL REGISTRATION

1. Either print off this application form from the web site or write to the headquarters of regional office, and request an application.
2. Payment must be mailed via Postal Service regardless of on-line, CD or A-disc registration. Check or money order acceptable. DO NOT SEND CASH. Make check or money order payable as follows: TASR/Danette Kerr, if mailed to the Ohio office or TASR/Matthew López if mailed to the regional office. Payment must be received prior to issuing Certificate of Registration.
3. Include three recent, clear, color photos of your horse standing square without tack, both right and left views and a head shot as illustrated above and pictured below. These photos will be incorporated onto the Certificate of Registration, which is in color!
4. Application should be typed for clarity, but if handwritten, please, please write legibly! Allow 4-6 weeks after application has been received for processing.
