DNA typing only required of stallions & mares intended for breeding and/or horses of questionable or unknown parentage having to prove THOROUGHBRED ancestry.

• Payment must be mailed via Postal Service regardless of on-line or postage  registration. Check or money order acceptable. DO NOT SEND CASH. Make check or money order payable as follows: TASR/Danette Kerr, if mailed to the Ohio office or TASR/Matthew López if mailed to the regional office. Payment must be received prior to issuing Certificate of Registration. Allow 4-6 weeks after application has been received for processing.
• Include three recent, clear, color photos of your horse standing square without tack, both right and left views and a head shot as illustrated above. These photos will be incorporated onto the Certificate of Registration & pedigreed, which are in color!
• Once complete and you have proofread everything for accuracy, merely click the Submit button below, and the application will automatically be e-mailed to the TASR Registrars! If you "mess up" click Reset to start anew. Remember to print the confirmation page after you click submit for your records! If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail from a TASR registrar within one week's time, then send an e-mail to the registrar to ensure that there was no problem receiving the application. Furthermore, we advise you to print this page once you have completed it and are ready to submit. This way, if there is a "mess up", you may then choose to mail the printed version as opposed to filling this out again!
